Myself and a friend spend a week in this beautiful hotel in Feb 2023. We are both extremely greatful for all that the hotel did for us to ensure our stay was very enjoyable!! A special and warm mention to Sana, she was working at the front desk and assisted us with everything. She organised our trips to the dessert, to the atlas mountains, taxi's to and from airport etc at a very reasonable cost and we always felt safe during these excursions. She even rang on our behalf to make reservations to local restaurants in old town Marrakesh that she recommended us to go to! . In relation to the hotel, everyone that we encountered made our stay very enjoyable and we felt very welcomed and safe. The service was second to none. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, a massive variety of food for all likes and there was a great choice of hot, cold sweet and savory bites. The barmen/barwomen were very attentive and made amazing cocktails during the day. We were extremely impressed with the hotel's spa and all the treatments available to us. We opted for the traditional hammen treatment, hot stone massages and facial. The spa was a very relaxing zen space and it was lovely to take a rest from the chaotic medina of Marrakesh. Thanks so much to Soumya and the other spa therapists that we met, all very professional and very kind . A 5 out 5 star review

Spacious room (we booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children) and generous breakfasts, and conveniently located for town and airport, but that’s as good as it gets. Rooms desperately need some TLC. And beware not to take the rooms giving on to the ballroom! A noisy experience with little to no daylight. After our trip to the desert we came back and were ‘upgraded’ to a better room, so there seem to be different standards but here still, same comment re: TLC.

I travelled with Exoticca to Morocco on the 11 days Bazaars, Deserts and Atlas Mountains tour. Departure was November 19-30, 2022. I was on tour with 30 other Canadian travellers between the ages of 45 and 65. It was a good mixture of like-minded travellers. Prior to departure. I had seen mixed reviews on this travel company. I went with low expectations and report. “Exceeded expectations”! The tour in Morocco was excellent. Our tour guide and local guides were always very informative and spoke good English. Our bus driver was exceptional and handled the Snake Road expertly. There is so much diversity in Morocco. I was amazed that every couple hours the landscape changed. From the white city of Rabat to the red city of Marrakesh, and everything in between was amazing. Best day was the added on desert tour “Night in the Dunes of the Sahara” and stay in luxury desert camp and camel ride. We were there during the FIFA World Cup soccer and it was exciting to be amongst the Moroccan people as they won games. Accommodations were as expected for a three star charm hotel. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. We had breakfast and supper included at our hotels. There was always lots of options on the buffet of Moroccan and western type dishes. Always lots to eat. Heads up, you need to purchase your own water for your rooms as bottled water NOT provided. It was easy to book this tour using the online platform. I did experience some frustration 10 days before departure when TAP Portugal cancelled and rebooked our return flight two days later. It took multiple (~15) phone calls and emails to Exotica customer service to confirm two extra days and accommodations in Morocco, but all worked out fine and we got bonus two days in Marrakesh. My one improvement suggestion to Exoticca is to assign one customer rep to be my point of contact through the entire booking and customer service process. It would’ve been nice to have your technology platform recognize me by phone number and direct my call to one single point of contact. Even if it said, “Julie, will call you back in three hours“ or something like that … to have a single point of contact would be an improvement opportunity. Overall very satisfied and will rebook another trip. Kim MSauble Beach, Ontario, Canada

Confusing floor plan to say the least. Elevator has floors labeled -0, 0, 0, 1, 1 and 2. Our room was 217 accessible by pushing the top 1 button. Hard to locate dinner and breakfast rooms. If you choose the cappuccino coffee button you get hot chocolate. Hotel is in a flight path, so planes can be rather noisy. Located 200 m from a shopping mall if that is important to you. Not likely to return.
Although it’s not a 5 stars it’s a very good hotel. I was impressed with the huge pool and the spa. All the staff was really nice and tried to help me in everything I needed. If you wanna go to somewhere like agafay or ourika talk to sana on the lobby she will make it happen in a beautiful way

We were on a tour of Morocco, with Travelsphere and this was our first stop. We arrived late, so missed out on the included meal, so we were left a meat salad in a un air-conditioned bedroom, this was not a good start, breakfast was ok, kids and people everywhere, felt more like a school canteen, than a 5 STAR HOTEL, which it isn't.We then arrived back at this hotel, after our tour for three nights. The room was ok, no water, slippers or gowns. The bathroom needs updating, shower in the bath, with no shower curtain, everywhere gets very wet. The bathroom was not very private, because of the sliding door, which didn't close properly. No fan.The buffet meal that evening, which was included in the holiday, was cold, mediocre and tasteless. The decor in the hotel is very dated and there's a horrible smell of air freshener, burner in the main rooms. It's definitely not 5 STAR.
As previous reviews, this is no longer a 5 Star hotel, not anymore that is.Security at the entrance are rude and tend to make fun of guests.Reception staff are friendly.....In general, all staff members were friendly and helply....no complaints there. One of the rooms we had was a suite with plenty of space, two bathrooms but the room was bare and needed a bit of maintenance work. Towel hooks half on, hair in the shower drain from perivous occupants. Cupboards and drawers old and one or two with doors barely hanging on. Rooms were clean, so house keeping were doing thier job but management must not have inspected that particular room for sometime. The general manager Wissal Preitro, I think his name, well we didn't know he was the general manger even though I had seem him particularly in the breakfast room every morning for about five or six days. I thought he was a guest because he was always wearing the same jeans with a torn back packet and seemingly the seem white t shirt with his sun glasses hanging in the front of his t shirt.I am a native Arabic speaker from North East Africa and I asked one of the waiter if he was a guest.....well general manger I was told. The resturant manger was better dressed and I must shaved. I have stayed in a fair few hotels but never seen or met a hotel manager of any dressed like that.Mr. Wissal Preitro even admitted to me that he is unaware of most of what is happening in the hotel because his managers don't told him. This was evident as he did not even know that four evening earlier the police had been to the hotel to investigate an incident that had occurred, though off hotel premises did involve personal contracted by the hotel guest relations. And I am still waiting for Mr. Wissal Preitro's email he promised to send.Mr. Wissal Preitro likes to sing his own praises and that's about it. Pity, because if he paid attention to the hotel rather than himself, the Adam Park would be wonderful.
Nanaimo
The hotel looks good from the outside. At reception they have a large sign warning you that you can’t bring your own food or drink into the hotel. The rooms are okay but need to be upgraded. Tiles were cracked and the air conditioner did not seem to work. Patio doors helped with the ventilation but also allowed the airplane noise to enter. The hotel is on the airport flight path. The shower is good but with no curtain the water flies everywhere and don’t try and draw a bath for fear of flooding the bathroom. To get to the breakfast room you need to walk outside past the pool. On a nice day this would be fun but in the rain, a total nuisance. Breakfast was ok but their dinner is best avoided. The ladies in the Spa are good but somewhat expensive.
I visited the Adam Park in August this year I have stayed at the hotel twice previously in other years. It is definitely not 5 star now it has gone downhill since we last stayed. The breakfast was a disgrace they had no selection of food they ran out of English breakfast tea. There was no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room which there used to be. The sun beds were all reserved by 7am by the pool attendants for people who tipped them to reserve them and no one sat in them for hours so we had no chance of getting a bed unless we got up at 6am which we did but would rather not do on holiday. On the last day we had a late flight there was nowhere for us to shower or change they told us we could use the spa but had to pay to use their showers!!! I would not expect this in any 5 star hotel. I have emailed the manager twice since returning home and my emails have been ignored
It was a good experience, the staff is helpful and perfect. The breakfast is good, the rooms are big, the pool is big and the team of the the pool is so excited-especially Rida. There is good music and vibes all the dayTHANKS GUYS!
Fes

This beautiful hotel was booked through a travel agency for 2 nights during my visit to Marrakech and I could not be happier. I stayed in their basic twin sharing room which had an adorable balcony attached to it. The hotel premises are very simply but tastefully decorated. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and housekeeping, very efficient. My favourite part of the hotel was their pool and the beautiful poolside area where you could bask in the sun. The breakfast consisted of a huge spread from continental to native Moroccan dishes. I could not recognise most of the native Moroccan soups as there was no menu displayed. However, Mr Hicham K was kind enough to help me figure the names of the dishes and what condiments were to be added to them before eating. Also, the next morning, all the dishes were labelled :) The little shop selling Argan oil products was managed by the charming Mr. Yassine, who patiently answered all my questions about the different products and gave me a good deal on my purchase. The only flipside was the rule against bringing water from outside to drink in the hotel. Potable water is not freely available in most hotels here. And this hotel charges 5 times the regular price for a 1.5L bottle of water.Location wise, it is easy to access the Jama el Efna square, Bahia palace and Kotoubia Mosque by a local taxi for 30-40 MAD.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay (not budget) with amenities.

Just back from 5 nights in Morocco - with 3 at the Adam Park. Great hotel. The staff were wonderful; the pool is great and the location is convenient to the airport and the nearby mall for anything you may need. It is a short taxi or carriage ride to the Medina and city center.

We went to the Traviata restaurant inside of the Adam Park Hotel - the hotel staff were lovely, the hotel is gorgeous & the food in the restaurant is spectacular - we will definitely be coming back, and would highly recommend it!
Westlock
We stayed at the hotel for a few nights before and after a motorcycle tour around Morocco. Lovely modern hotel with a centre courtyard pool. We had a comfortable king bed in a room with a courtyard view. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. We particularly liked Rahid in the Traviata restaurant, a very friendly and efficient young man. He certainly represents his employer well.
Stay here for a week, and to say this place is amazing. The building is modern, clean, and exceptionally run. My review is not about the building is about the staff, they made our stay unforgettable, from the greeting you get from the most friendly courteous front line staff as you enter the hotel, onto the reception staff, the hotel relations, the porters, the security, the hospitality, the cleaning staff. 10/10 and that is still not enough. The manager mr wissal , treats you like a family member rather than a customer, nothing is to much trouble, a true gentlemen. We as a family have travelled around the world, but without doubt the best experience we have ever had was at Adam Park, 110% we will be staying again.

we stayed there twice: 2 first nights in morroco and 2 last nights in morroco. first we stayed in the old section of the hotel where the rooms have to be renovated. the second time we stayed in the new section where the room is excellent. i don't know why there is no coffee set in the room.
